RESERVATION AGREEMENT
This
is a Reservation Agreement to observe mutually between
Hongcheon Log Home Villa (below: this Villa) and customer
for an agreeable and confortable lodging at this Villa.
- First, Customer
checks an available room, and remits a deposit,
50% of the appropriate room fee (to Agricultural
Cooperative Account: 170529-52-003756, Depositer:
KIM, Hoo-Tai). A Confirmation of reservation
is done by the credit notice from this Villa.
- Second, in
that case, this Villa must not receive a double
booking for the reserved room.
- Third, if
the reserved customer can not arrive
at this Villa by various reasons, the deposit
will be refunded as a Refundment Regulation
below.
- Forth, we
hope customers be agreeable and confortable
lodging through the observance and respect of
this Agreement.
- Fifth, this
Agreement shall take effect on and after August
7th, 2002.
- Additional
Rules : This Agreement shall take effect on
and after July 21th, 2003.
